Museum to launch book's volume 2 tomorrow Daily Express The book sees George Cathcart Woolley, a British North Borneo Company officer, being posted to firstly Beaufort, then Province Clarke (Sipitang) and finally Jesselton (Kota Kinabalu). This is the second tenure of Woolley's service in British North Borneo.
